Citroen has launched its debut model in India, the C5 Aircross, at Rs 29.90 lakh. It is powered by a sole 177PS 2.0-litre diesel engine and offered in two trims: Feel and Shine. The C5 Aircross is a premium midsize SUV that locks horns with the Jeep Compass and the facelifted 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan. The French SUV is known for its comfortable ride quality. C5 Aircross Specifications

The Citroen C5 Aircross is powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine, which develops 177PS and 400Nm. It is offered with a sole 8-speed automatic transmission that drives the front wheels. The SUV gets two driving modes: Eco and Sport. Citroen claims an efficiency of 18.6kmpl.

Citroen offers the C5 Aircross in two trims: Feel and Shine. The SUV comes in four body shades: Pearl White, Cumulus Grey, Tijuca Blue, and Perla Nera Black. The first three colours are available in a dual-tone exterior with a black roof.

The C5 Aircross features an 8-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 6-speaker sound system, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, ambient lighting, a panoramic sunroof, and dual-zone automatic climate control. Other convenience-based features include an air purifier, powered tailgate, keyless entry with push-button start, and individually adjustable rear seats that can also be reclined. Safety is taken care of by six airbags, blind spot monitoring, hill start assist, electric parking brake, reverse camera, tyre-pressure monitoring system, and off-road modes: Standard, Snow, All Terrain, Sand, And Traction Control Off.
